EFAD-ESPEN Agreement - EFAD building strong relationships in Europe!

After becoming a non state actor member of WHO Europe in 2018, EFAD is building further on strong relationships in Europe.

On 15 September EFAD signed an agreement of collaboration with the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN).

Dietitians and nutrition experts join forces to have optimal nutritional care for patients, now and in the future.

One of the collaborative activities is EFAD dietitians being involved in developing nutrition guidelines and taking a key role in implementing these guidelines. The strength of dietitians lays in the fact that we bring science to practice.

It is also a great honor to have ESPEN chairman Prof. Rocco Barazzoni as a change maker at our 31st General Meeting, taking place in October 2020.

We are looking forward to sharing our dietetic knowledge with ESPEN. Watch out for more to come!
